El prácticum como territorio relacional: vínculos, agencia y crítica compartida en la formación docente

Resumen

Este trabajo analiza el prácticum como un espacio formativo clave en la construcción de la identidad docente y en el desarrollo de una cultura relacional horizontal entre los actores implicados. Para ello, se realiza un estudio de caso orientado a comprender cómo se configuran las relaciones entre universidad y escuela, el papel que desempeñan los distintos agentes (estudiantes del grado en Educación Primaria, docentes de los centros escolares y profesorado universitario) y los aprendizajes, tanto explícitos como implícitos, que emergen durante este periodo. El estudio se centra en un proyecto del prácticum de cuarto curso del grado en Educación Primaria de la Universidad de Alcalá, en colaboración con dos centros escolares públicos. Los participantes fueron 10 estudiantes de Magisterio, 8 tutores profesionales (maestras en ejercicio) y 3 tutores académicos. Los resultados muestran cómo la horizontalidad, el apoyo mutuo y la crítica constructiva enriquecen la experiencia formativa y favorecen la creación de comunidades de aprendizaje colaborativas, así como el desarrollo de una identidad profesional crítica y comprometida. Estos hallazgos aportan conocimiento transferible a otros grupos y universidades interesados en fortalecer la colaboración universidad-escuela y la construcción de culturas relacionales horizontales en el prácticum. Se concluye que el prácticum constituye un territorio de negociación pedagógica, emocional y política que interpela tanto a las instituciones formadoras como a las escuelas colaboradoras.
