Laburpena

Lanak practicuma aztertzen du irakasleen nortasuna eraikitzeko eta parte hartzen duten eragileen arteko harreman-kultura horizontala garatzeko giltzarria den prestakuntza-gune gisa. Horretarako, kasu-azterketa bat egiten da, honako hauek ulertzeko: unibertsitatearen eta eskolaren arteko harremanak nola eratzen diren, eragileek (Lehen Hezkuntzako Graduko ikasleek, ikastetxeetako irakasleek eta unibertsitateko irakasleek) zer zeregin betetzen duten eta aldi horretan zer ikaskuntza esplizitu eta inplizitu azaleratzen diren. Azterketa oinarritzen da Alcalako Unibertsitateko Lehen Hezkuntzako Graduko laugarren ikasmailako practicumeko proiektu batean, bi ikastetxe publikorekin lankidetzan. Honako hauek parte hartu zuten: Irakasletzako 10 ikasle, 8 tutore profesional (lanean ari diren emakumezko irakasleak) eta 3 tutore akademiko. Emaitzek erakusten dute horizontaltasunak, elkarri laguntzeak eta kritika konstruktiboak prestakuntza-esperientzia aberasten dutela eta elkarlanean diharduten ikaskuntza-komunitateak sortzen laguntzen dutela, bai eta nortasun profesional kritiko eta konprometitua garatzen ere. Aurkikuntza horiek ezagutza transferigarria ematen diete unibertsitatearen eta eskolaren arteko lankidetza eta practicumean harreman-kultura horizontalen sorrera sendotzeko interesa duten beste talde eta unibertsitate batzuei. Ondorioztatzen da practicuma negoziazio pedagogiko, emozional eta politikorako lurraldea dela, eta bai erakunde prestatzaileak bai eskola laguntzaileak interpelatzen dituela.
